The Danish Act regarding the Return of Foreign Nationals with No Leave to Stay

Among other things, the act comprises regulations regarding the return of foreign nationals with no leave to stay, accommodation, return journey contracts, repatriation support, departure monitoring, obligation to leave, control duties and punishment for violating control duties, for example.

The Danish Aliens Consolidation Act

Among other things, the act comprises regulations governing the entry to and residence in Denmark of foreign nationals, visas, asylum, family reunification, permanent residence permits, expulsion and refusal of entry of foreign nationals and the accommodation and maintenance of asylum seekers.

The Repatriation Act

Among other things, the act comprises regulations regarding advice provided to foreign nationals about repatriation and the payment of repatriation support and re-integration aid. The Ministry of Immigration and Integration and regularly updates the list of all legislation in the immigration field.
