Being subject to obligations
The Danish Return Agency makes decisions regarding residence, reporting and information duties as well as the withdrawal of cash benefits from foreign nationals without legal residence who have been ordered to leave Denmark.
All foreign nationals without a leave to stay who may be made subject to one or more of these duties or may have their cash benefits withdrawn are not entitled to (continue to) stay in Denmark.
