The Danish Return Agency is bound by confidentiality prohibiting us from conveying private and sensitive individual case-related information.
In your capacity as a journalist or a representative of a media establishment, you will need to present a written power of attorney to gain access in a case processed by The Danish Return Agency thereby allowing you to receive private and sensitive case-related information on the subject/person in question.
For the purposes of inquiring about legal access to a case, The Danish Return Agency has produced a template.
