If you are an EU/EEA, Swiss or Nordic national, specific rules apply for your entry into and residence in Denmark.

If, as an EU/EEA, Swiss or Nordic national, you have been expelled by judgment or have been expelled by the Immigration Service, the Danish Return Agency will receive your case from the Prosecution Service, the police or the Immigration Service. Once we have received your case, we will contact you and assist with practical matters relating to your departure to the extent you are unable to do so yourself.

We will talk to you about your decision, luggage, travel documents, transport, etc. We will also be present for your departure.
